Foundation Soccer Club Player/Parent Expectations
We understand that soccer is only a part of our young athletes lives and exposure to other activities is important for their growth and development. We do expect that FSC is the athletes soccer priority and do not consider missing any FSC activities for other soccer events as acceptable. Our coaching staff expects that all players will use the team management software to communicate any absences from activities as early as possible and no later than one week before. Our goal is to provide a high level of training and competition at both games and practices and knowing who will be available is key to achieving it.
The highest level of sportsmanship is expected from all of our club members including players, coaches, parents, and other spectators. Our goal is to develop intelligent and creative players and in order to do that we need to provide them with a safe comfortable environment that encourages them to experiment and problem solve.
